Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using fantasyhub.app ("the Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person — one account. Accounts created to evade bans may be removed.
• You can delete your account at any time; this removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you post (articles, wiki edits, forum posts, comments, screenshots).
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute that content on the Site — that is what makes publishing it possible.
• Wiki contributions may be edited, extended or reverted by other contributors and moderators — that is how a wiki works.
• Only upload content you have the right to share.

4. Rules of conduct

Not allowed on Fantasy Hub:

• Illegal content, harassment, hate speech, threats or doxxing
• Spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, link farming
• NSFW / sexually explicit content (uploads are automatically moderated)
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to break or overload the Site
• Impersonating other people, staff, or organizations

Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without prior warning depending on severity.

5. Paid services

Some features (such as stream slot bookings) are paid. Prices are shown before purchase; payment is processed by Stripe. Because slots are time-bound digital services, payments are non-refundable once the slot has started, except where required by law. Contact us about refunds for slots that have not yet started.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". We aim for high availability and accuracy but do not guarantee either. Community content (wiki, forum, comments) reflects its authors' views, not ours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Significant changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
